A product I sold was returned. What should I do?
If your product has been returned, it may be due to any of the following reasons:
- We have been unable to contact the Buyer. If the Buyer is unavailable, the sale stands canceled. In such a case, your product will be returned to you.
Your product failed the standard inspection. If we have reason to believe that your product is damaged with tears, stains,
odours
, then we reserve the right to return the product back to the Seller.
- The Buyer has returned your product. If the Buyer is unhappy with the product, the Buyer has the right to return the product back to you within three days.
In all of the above cases, you will receive communication from us, informing you about why your product has been returned.
