Will I be charged if a buyer returns my product?

Seller Policy - Returns.

Starting 18th February 2018, the sellers will be charged a part of the return cost if the reason for returns is wrong/ damaged/ defective/ expired product.

Elanic will be bearing the charges in case of any return that has happened because of slight differences in colours, size, fit etc then the seller will not be charged.  In case of RTO (return to the origin) due to buyer's unavailability, the seller will not be charged.


In case of any return that has happened because of the below-mentioned reasons then Elanic will charge Rs.75 to the seller for returning the products.


Damaged Products: Do not post damaged items. Mention the condition of the item honestly. The product might be returned if you have failed to disclose the fact that an item is damaged or is missing parts.


Breakage: Be careful while packing tangible products. Any breakage because of poor packaging might lead to returns by the buyer.


Expired Products: Do not send any products that have crossed the expiry date as they might be returned.


Fake Products: Do not post false, deceptive, or misleading products or description.The item that was advertised as authentic but is not authentic might be returned.


Product not matching description: An item is not as described if it is materially different from your listing description or your photos.For example, The item received is a different colour, model, version or size that is shown in the photo or described in the listing. Or the description at the time of purchase said the item was “new” and the item is used.


Wrong items:

In case of a wrong colour or wrong item sent by the seller, then the buyer has all rights to cancel his/her order.
