What is the TCS process on Elanic?

As per section, 52 of CGST Act, 2017, all the eCommerce operators should collect TCS of 1% GST from suppliers selling their products or services on their platforms.


According to the law, Elanic will deduct 1% TCS of a GST registered seller’s earning (commission and pick up charge excluded). The 1% deducted for TCS will be visible in your GST portal as input tax credits.
