Who is a Preferred Seller?

Who is a Preferred Seller?

A preferred seller is a person who is a part of the most valuable sellers on Elanic.

Multiple factors are taken into account for determining which seller will be a part of the preferred seller list.

Below are some of the key parameters:

  • Product availability

  • Pick up timeline

  • Quality of the products

    Benefits:

  • Visibility: Once you are a part of the preferred seller list your products are given priority to appear higher than the regular posts due to which they gain more views.

  • Higher Orders: You get 3 times more orders. Since you get more views, the chances of orders being placed from your profile increases by three times.

How to become a preferred seller?

  • Keep your profile updated. Update your products; if you do not have a product, ensure to mark it as unavailable.

  • Ensure pickup happens from your end within 3 days of getting the order.

  • Sell quality products to increase rating quality from buyers.

  • Mention the right product description, sizes, colours and other details to fulfill buyer satisfaction.

Happy Selling!
