We deeply care about the safety, security, and satisfaction of buyers on our platform and hence we want to make sure that the buyers are aware of the fraudulent activity that happens. This article informs you about how you can shop safely on Elanic without falling prey to scammers and frauds.
- Elanic does not have “Call Support”. There are a lot of contact numbers on YouTube and other platforms claiming to be Elanic’s customer support, they are not true. So please do not contact these numbers. You can contact Elanic via email: reach@elanic.in or you can chat with Elanic customer support via the “Chat” feature available on the Elanic Android app.
- Elanic, at no point, requires any of its customers' bank passwords, One Time Passwords (OTP) and other such confidential details. Please do not disclose any personal or financial information. In case of any such suspicious calls or messages, report to us at reach@elanic.in.
- Once you have placed an order, you will be notified when the seller accepts it. You can track the status of your order in “Track your order” section on the app. In case you receive a parcel and there has been no update in the tracking section on the app, then we request you to not accept the order and report the incident to Elanic team immediately. Necessary action will be taken against the seller. Also, all the orders sent through Elanic will have the Elanic logo on the shipping label.
(A few sellers have been misusing the app to get buyers’ addresses and are sending poor quality or wrong products using a third party courier service. Kindly note you will be able to track order on the app if it has been picked by our pickup agent).
