What is the pickup process?

Once you request a return, a pickup will be scheduled the next day in case the return reason is clear. Once pickup is scheduled, pickup executive from our logistics partner will come and pick up the product from you. Please hand over the product along with package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.

Products such as baby furniture which includes cradles, cribs, chairs can only be returned through Surface. You will receive an email with the shipping label. Please pack the item and paste the shipping label on top of it. Your item will then be picked up by our third-party pickup personnel.
