What should I do if my return is stuck at delivery issue?

In case your product is stuck at delivery, it may be due to multiple reasons like:
  • Non availability during delivery attempt or Asked to deliver later.
  • Your Mobile Not Reachable/Answered
  • Your Address not found/ Bad Address 
  • You have rejected delivery of the product 
In such cases you can chat with our customer support team or reach out to us reach@elanic.in within 48 hours. We shall do our best to solve your issue. In case you have not contacted us within 48 hours, then the product will be sent back to its origin. In very rare instances, if the product has been lost in transit, and if you have not raised an issue within 48 hours, then Elanic shall not be responsible for the product.
